Mariah Carey to release Japan-exclusive hits collection

Sony Music Japan are set to release new Japan-exclusive items in celebration of her return to Japan in October.

A 19-track hits collection titled ‘Japan Best’ will be available in a standard edition, and a limited edition, and both are set to be released on October 17th.

The limited edition, which indeed will have a limited print, will include Japanese lyrics translation, and a unique handkerchief.

There will also be a limited number of postcards sent out with the order.

Another new item in celebration of her visit to Japan will be a 7″ “Deluxe Anniversary Edition” of ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’, with a new red vinyl, to be released on October 24th.

Mariah recently released a promotional single called ‘GTFO’, which is dominating digital sales charts worldwide this week and already generated endless viral memes. You can hear it here:

The official lead single from her upcoming album, titled ‘With You’, is set to be released on October 5th.
