29 years have passed since the release of ‘Boom! Shake The Room’ by Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince (a.k.a Will Smith), released during the height of the successful sitcom, ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’.
It was one of the first rap songs to ever reach #1 in the UK, after Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice Ice Baby’, and was also a #1 hit in Australia, where it spent sixteen weeks in the Top 20.
