On this day in 1998, UK girl group Honeyz released their debut single, ‘Finally Found’ from the album ‘Wonder No. 8’.
The group’s three original members, Célena Cherry, Heavenli Denton and Naima Belkhiati, were all credited as co-writers on the song.
‘Finally Found’ remains the group’s biggest hit worldwide. It peaked at #3 in Australia, where it’s certified Platinum, and #4 in the UK and Ireland.
The group’s performance of the song on UK countdown show ‘CD:UK’ is available on their Vevo channel in place of the original music video.
