24 years have passed since the release of Lauryn Hill’s only solo studio album, ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’.

It is often regarded by critics as one of the greatest albums of all time.

The singles from the album were the #1 hit, ‘Doo Wop (That Thing)’, ‘Ex-Factor’ and ‘Everything Is Everything’.

In 1999, Lauryn was nominated for ten Grammy Awards in one night, which was the record for the most nominations for a female artist. She won five Grammy Awards that night, including Album of The Year, making it the first hip-hop album in history to be awarded that honour.
